Utah State University’s Aggie Chocolate Factory trains food science students and facilitates research and outreach to small business owners in the confectionary industry. The first annual Aggie Chocolate Expo is taking place at the only chocolate factory at a university in the western United States.

Competition is open to the public and consists of two categories:

- Aggie Chocolate

- Other Chocolate

Do you love to bake or make delicious chocolate treats? Share your chocolate creations at the Aggie Chocolate Expo! 

Prizes will be give to the top three in each category, courtesy of our vendors.
